Condoleezza Rice - What Has She Accomplished?

She is the most overrated Secretary of State in modern history. Her claim to fame is board member of Chevron Corporation.

She has accomplished very little as Sec. of State.... in fact, she has not accomplished one major diplomatic breakthrough during her tenure. Can you find any major diplomatic breakthrough that is creditable to her? I was not able to think of one....

Furthermore, she's not a skilled diplomat at all.

Under Rice, the U.S. has seen nothing but worsening relations with other nations.... and more war and destruction.
